Are you an Aspirant or Applicant of Federal University Oye-Ekiti and you have been wondering about your Admission Screening Point? Don’t Panic, here is a comprehensive step-by-step guide on how to do that without Stress. Read Carefully Below.

Federal University Oye-Ekiti Admission Screening Result is Calculated based on 3 Criteria ~ JAMB UTME Score, O’Level Result, and O’Level Number of Sitting(s).

JAMB UTME Score (60%)

150 and above (depending on your JAMB UTME Score)

O’ Level Result (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB/GCE) (30%)

A1 = 6 points B2 = 5 points B3 = 4 points C4 = 3 points C5 = 2 points C6 = 1 point

You will calculate five relevant subjects to your course of choice and add them up.

Number of Sitting (10%)

One sitting is 10 points.

Two sittings are 6 points.

Fuoye Screening Point Calculation for JAMB UTME Candidates

You will Divide your JAMB UTME score by 400, then multiply by 60 and add your total O’level Points to get your final result.

For example, BloggerJay scored 250 in JAMB UTME and has an A1 at one sitting in all 5 subjects required for his course of choice.

So the calculation goes thus

JAMB UTME ~ 250/400 = 0.625 X 60 =37.5%

O’Level Result ~ A1 = 6 points X 5 = 30%

Number of Sitting ~ 10%

Total ~ 37.5 + 30 + 10 = 77.5%

So 77.5% is your Screening Point

Fuoye Screening Point Calculation for JAMB Direct Entry Candidates

1st Class/Distribution/Excellence = 60 points

2nd Class/Upper Credit/Credit = 40 points

Then add your total O’level to get your Screening Point.

For example, BloggerJay had a 1st Class and had A1 at one sitting in all 5 subjects required for his course of choice.

So the calculation goes thus

1st Class ~ 60 Points

O’Level Result ~ A1 = 6 points X 5 = 30 Points

Number of Sitting ~ 10 Points

Total ~ 60 + 30 + 10 = 100 Points

So 100% is your Screening Point.

Hello! the cut off marks for admission is to be determined by the school management. However, if you have 50% and above you are eligible for any course in FUOYE and kindly note the word eligible, i didn’t say you would be offered admission. Thank You!
